ANOVA is a company that has adopted continuous improvement as a principle with all its stakeholders and aims for stakeholder satisfaction.

ANOVA’s Quality Policy;
While adapting to competitive conditions, to meet the customer’s quality, cost, and schedule requirements as desired and to design and manufacture high-performance products, we, as ANOVA Senior Management, commit that this can be achieved through a strong technical team, a dynamic organization, and an established effective Quality Management System, and that the Quality Management System will be systematically implemented at all stages of our contracts.

To ensure the realization of the targets, criteria, and objectives specified in our Strategic Plan, to achieve continuous quality improvement in all activities, to fulfill the applicable requirements of internationally accepted quality management standards, to ensure occupational safety in our activities and user safety in our products, to protect employee health and the existence of a sustainable clean environment, to support the continuous development of our employees and ensure that they become stakeholders contributing to our Quality System, and to strengthen our corporate quality culture are our main objectives.

In all the products we develop and manufacture,

  • To utilize the possibilities of engineering and technology to meet the industry’s needs and customer expectations at the maximum level within the legal framework;
  • To implement a Quality Management System that is open to development, self-educating, considers the suggestions of its stakeholders, meticulously applies correct practices, and is continuously improved;
  • To provide the logistical support service for our reliable and high-quality products without interruption throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring sustained customer satisfaction;
